FIT transforms exercise from routine to body rocking.

Based at the W hotel exclusively, our hot shot celebrity trainers have a wealth of finess experience and will help you step away from your hectic lifestyle through a fun approach to your workout. Personal training sessions are offered at £90 an hour.

We've partnered with At Your Beat, the new disruptive dance fitness class in town, to offer you charismatic, uplifting, empowering dance fitness classes to get you energized and teach you how to steal the scene on the dancefloor! The up-tempo, feel-good classes focus on individual expression and unleashing an infectious energy that helps you burn calories and lose your inhibitions. No complex choreography, just a series of dance sequences to killer beats that focus on isolated muscle groups, using HIIT. Expect to burn around 500 calories per class.
